Book A Party

Do you want a private party organised by Nice Moon Events? This is everything you need to know. 

Please email Tegan at nicemoonevents@gmail.com to discuss your party ideas. It's important that we know the following information:

• Estimated number of people
• Date and time
• Venue (if already decided, or if you are open to suggestions)
• Accessibility (Parking at venue, guest accessibility requirements, i.e. disabilities/ allergies or special needs to be made aware of)
• Activities (Arts & Crafts, a quiz, hen party games, venue decor - what is it you are after?)

Once you have agreed on the above you can pay for a Party Deposit here. Please do not pay a party deposit without sharing the event details first otherwise the deposit will be refunded because we can't plan or agree to a party we know nothing about! 

A party deposit is £100. Deposits are refundable up to one month prior to the event. 50% of the deposit is refundable 2 weeks prior to the event. Deposits are non-refundable within 2 weeks of the event.
